1. Do you accept insurance? 

Thalia House works with insurance companies to help manage the cost of our program. Staff will work with each client and the individual(s) who are financially responsible for the cost of treatment, if applicable, to investigate insurance benefits and coverage for Thalia House's services. We also offer private pay and other financing options for the cost of our program. 

2. What types of eating disorder diagnoses do you work with?

Our professionals have extensive experience working with a variety of eating disorder diagnoses, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge-Eating Disorder, and Eating Disorders Not Otherwise Specified. Our clinicians are also experienced and competent in treating co-occurring diagnoses.

3. What is your average length of stay?

We recommend a minimum stay of 30 days. We highly recommend a length of stay of at least 90 days.

4. How many residents can you accommodate in your facility?

We can accommodate up to 7 residents at a time and also offer group programming during the day for clients residing outside of the house.

5. What is the staff to client ratio at your facility?

Thalia House has 9 supportive professionals on staff & available for the clients. That equates to a an approximate 1.3 staff to client support ratio. We also have a House Mom who lives in the house and is present in the evenings and on the weekends for 24/7 support.
