Evening Support and Skill Groups
Integrated into our Evening Intensive Outpatient Program we offer one night a week support and skill groups. These groups collaborate with clients needing extra support or education in conjunction with their current outpatient team, or for those ready to step-down from IOP but still in need of extra accountability.
We offer both Adolescent and Adult evening Support and Skills groups open to males and females.
Groups are run on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights from 6:30 - 8:30
If meal support and process is desired this is included from 5:30-6:30.
Relapse Prevention & wellness Planning

We will also work together to create an extensive coping skill and wellness plan to use with your outpatient team to further your recovery and avoid relapse.

Join with others like you to explore ways of cultivating authenticity, letting go of perfectionism, building hope, and moving closer to a life worth living.
