1. Do you accept insurance?
Thalia House works with insurance companies to help manage the cost of our program. Staff will work with each client and the individual(s) who are financially responsible for the cost of treatment, if applicable, to investigate insurance benefits and coverage for Thalia House's services. We also offer private pay and other financing options for the cost of our program.
2. What types of eating disorder diagnoses do you work with?
Our professionals have extensive experience working with a variety of eating disorder diagnoses, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge-Eating Disorder, and Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorders. Our clinicians are also experienced and competent in treating multiple co-occurring diagnoses.
3. What is your average length of stay?
We recommend a minimum stay of 90 days. The average length of stay for clients is six months to a year for a fully supported transition into life.
4. How many residents can you accommodate in your facility?
We can accommodate up to 10 residents at a time for supported living, and also offer group programming during the day and evenings for clients residing outside of the house.
5. What is the staff to client ratio at your facility?
Thalia House has 8 supportive professionals on staff & available for the clients. We are equipped to house 10 women at one time.
